28 Day Weight Loss Meal & Exercise Plan

Hello friends!

Let me be honest right away.

As you know (in case you are my follower) I just finished my previous challenge and wanted to try something that is not that complicated.

I wanted to try something really simple and yet effective.

So, It hit me that one of  my friends was talking about that really cool weight loss meal and exercise plan.

It is spread across 28 days and worked really well for her.

So I scrolled up our chat history and found this plan.

And of course I would love to share it with you guys.

Here it is:

 

28 Day Weight Loss Meal & Exercise Plan

Day 1

Breakfast

  • 1 toast
  • peanut butter
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • Grapefruit

Lunch

  • 1 toast
  • Half tuna portion
  • 1 cup of tea

Dinner

  • 4 oz of tuna
  • 1 cup of beans
  • Half a banana
  • 1 small apple

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 toast
  • 1 chicken egg
  • Half a banana
  • 4 oz of meat

Lunch

  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 3 saltine crackers

Dinner

  • 1 broccoli
  • Half a carrot
  • Half a banana
  • 1 cup of ice cream

Crunches 3X15 Reps

Mountain Climbers 3X10 Reps

Pushups 3×10 Reps
