Hi guys!

It’s getting warmer outside and summer is getting closer and closer.

So are you ready?…. Can’t hear you?!… I said – Are You Ready?!

Yeah, me neither.

This year happened to be really though. It didn’t give us a chance to relax. Did it?

But what it really gave us is time on our own at home.

So enough procrastinating – it’s time to start working on our beach body!

I figured out that the most important thing that you will need right now is a good workout challenge.

I promise it won’t be a difficult one. It’s really simple but quit challenging!

And remember that “All progress takes place outside the comfort zone”.

So let’s get out of that comfort zone and start working on better version of ourselves!

  • 5 push ups

  • 20 high knees
  • 10 second plank
  • 10 lunges
  • 5 push ups

  • 6 push ups
