I hope you had a great morning.

Today I want to share with you something really cool.

I had a period in my life when I desperately wanted to drop some weight.

Even though I don’t necessarily like to judge my looks and myself from social standards of beauty I felt that I needed to lose some.

But life’s a b*tch and when you want something really badly it makes it difficult to reach.

So I tried almost every diet or challenge – nothing helped.

Than I realized that Yeah I was dieting but my physical activities practically just walking from home to working space and back.(it’s 10 minute walk max)

Soooo… I made an ultimate workout for myself and it worked.

I dropped 15 pounds in only 2 weeks.

2 Min Spot Run

40 Crunches

35 Lunges

30 Squats

20 High Knees

15 Push Ups

10 Sit Ups

5 Burpees

Repeat Daily X2 Times
