Simple – A list of activities that you want to turn into a routine!

To create your plan, you need to know what you can use for it…

Count your budget, count stuff that you can afford and filter it all out by following things that you WANT to do/eat.

Now write them all down…

Write your meals in advance for a week in advance for example…

They are great for your goal… you counted them in advance!

Now that’s a pro plan. It’s way more practical than a bunch of things you have to think about throughout the day that may or may not be suitable for your goal.

You need to exercise to stay in shape…

And to be fit…

Try to workout 3-4 times per week… Do some yoga, do some stretching or cardio…

There are so many healthy snack options… Don’t just go for some random snacks that you can buy at your local market…

Try to prepare them at home by following some healthy recipes

This way you won’t be hungry and can have some snacks without feeling guilty…

Don’t break your plan!

Follow it and don’t surprise yourself with some random junk food…

If you are doing everything right, you can have some junk food from time to time if it was listed in your plan in advance…

There is no reason why you should avoid having them…

Healthy calories in a healthy form…

You don’t have to be alone in your journey of keeping up with the simple weight loss plan on a budget…
