Hi guys!

You know what I hate the most at the gym?

Treadmill workouts!

No, I don’t really hate it.

I always get bored with these long treadmill sessions.

So I always try to modify the workout and get more results in less time.

I want to share with you one of my treadmill workouts that I find most effective.

This one is for beginners and I will share more advanced one in other article.

This one is a real finding trust me.

It’s only 25 minutes and burns calories as hell!

Treadmill Workout For Beginners:

  • Warm up: 3.0 – 3 min
  • Jog: 4.0 – 3 min
  • Run: 6.0 – 1 min
  • Walk: 3.0 – 3 min
  • Jog: 4.0 – 3 min
  • Run: 6.0 – 1 min
  • Walk: 3.0 – 3 min
  • Jog: 4.0 – 3 min
  • Run: 6.0 – 1 min
  • Cool down – 3.0 – 3 min
