In this article I want to tell you about my weight watchers experience as you requested.
As you all know I don’t like doing other bloggers diets and I always change or customize them under me.
But in this case I decided that I won’t make my own customized version of this diet and try it as it is.
And actually I followed the diet instructions that I want to share with you step-by-step.
The meal plan was actually very good and the whole instructions were really helpful.
As a result I lost over 15 pounds in only one month.
