  • Jumping Jack 1 min
  • Power knees 30 reps
  • Squat & Punches 15 reps
  • Jump rope 30 reps
  • Plank 30 sec
  • Jog in place 1 min
  • Jumping Jacks 1 min
  • Power Knees 30 reps
  • Squats & Punches 15 Reps
  • Jump rope 40 reps
  • Plank 30 sec
  • Jog in place 1 min
  • Jumping Jacks 1 min
  • Power Knees 30 reps
