As you all know I started my Healthy lifestyle challenge and going strong for more than two months.
I eat hourly and have an intense workout 3-4 times a week.
But the lifestyle that I’m living today seemed so impossible for me back when I started.
I thought that only celebrities who have their own nutritionists and dietitians and personal trainers could do that.
And yet, I am a living example that it is possible to built these healthy habits without all that.
Tbh, at first I read all these celebrity diets and tips that help you gain that habits.
I’ve read lots of bullshit but there were some good tips that really helped me.
I will write an article about my favorite and my own tips in the future but for now I want to share this article that has really good advises straight from our fav celebrities (some of whom lost more than 30 pounds).
