Weight Watchers 7 Day Meal Plan
To those of you who want to try a new low calorie meal plan I tell – I Got You!
As I already told you I gave myself a home cooking challenge and it’s already a month since I haven’t ordered anything from restaurants.
But cooking at home may be tricky too.
My goal was to make every meal healthy and nutritiously balanced.
I noticed many changes in my body since I started doing so.
Not to mention that I lost weight (more than I expected) my skin feels and looks so much better than before.
I don’t feeling bloated any more.
The most important thing is that I have so many extra energy that I manage to do everything in my to-do list almost every day (I almost never did that).
And last but not least my mood changed, before I started this challenge I was so tired and I had such a discomfort in my body that I was really grumpy and lazy.
But now my mood is so uplifted and I’m so glad that I decided to do this.
